"14000000000000000 years in the future our sun is re-discovered by the last remains of humanity looking for any resources left in a dying universe."

About

An indie cosmic horror game set 14 quadrillion years into the future, during the heat death of our universe.

Billions of years from now, our sun will die. As it expands into a red giant, it'll take Earth with it. Any life that hasn't left for space by that point will be destroyed. Entire lineages dating back to the dawn of life itself will be wiped out forever, and like an old house holding onto the spirits of the people it used to protect, our own star could do the same. It could trap these tortured phantoms in a gravitational tomb for 14 quadrillion years before they are rediscovered by the last remnants of humanity. Scrambling for any resources they can find to save themselves from a dead universe, they begin to mine. They have no choice. But at that point... what horrors await them?

You play as a disposable worker sent on a suicide mission to repair essential facilities of an old mining rig on the dwarf which has been damaged by the extreme conditions on the surface, it's up to you to fix it.

Gameplay

Red Entropy is a short, first-person, linear, story-driven game where you'll make your way through the rig's claustrophobic hallways and manage which doors and facilities the limited power is directed to. You'll also need to complete dangerous repairs at various points throughout the rig.
